Zula USA, LLC is a leading provider of educational products designed to provide and promote science and math education as well as reading literacy for children in PreK through 3rd grade - a group for whom early exposure and intervention has proven most effective. Teachers have access to each child's Journal which can be downloaded and used as an assessment tool. Teachers can also make assignment to students through their Journals. Parents get regular email updates on their child's activities and learning experiences in ZulaWorld.com. Board Members

Erik Anderson: Chairman

Mr. Anderson, age 49, is President of WestRiver Capital, a private investment company; Chairman of Tachyon Networks, Inc., an advanced satellite-based internet solutions company; and vice-Chairman of Montgomery & Co., LLC, an investment bank serving growth companies in technology, media and healthcare since 2002. He is also a Board member of GEI, a leisure business based on golf entertainment. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Anderson was Chief Executive Officer of Matthew G. Norton, Co., a private investment company. Prior to 1998, he was Chief Executive Officer of Trillium Corporation. In addition, his experience includes tenures as both a partner at the private equity firm of Frazier & Company, LP and as a Vice President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Anderson is Founder of America's Foundation for Chess. He holds a master's and bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree (Cum Laude) in Management Engineering from Claremont McKenna College.

Michael Montgomery: Montgomery & Co., President and Head of Media Banking

Michael Montgomery serves as president of Montgomery & Co. and heads the firm's media practice. Mr. Montgomery has an extensive background in the entertainment industry and has worked at some of the world's largest media companies, including the Walt Disney Company and Dreamworks SKG. Mr. Montgomery advises client companies on merger and acquisition opportunities and financings, and is a member of the board, executive and compensation committees, and co-chairs the management committee at Montgomery & Co. Prior to joining Montgomery & Co. in 1999, Mr. Montgomery was the chief executive officer of Sega GameWorks, a joint venture between Sega, Universal Studios and DreamWorks. Prior to that, Mr. Montgomery was a senior executive for DreamWorks SKG, where he structured and led its successful efforts to raise $1 billion in private equity financing. Mr. Montgomery joined DreamWorks in 1995, after serving as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of EuroDisney, where he played a key role in the fiscal and operational restructuring of the company. Prior to that, he was the vice president and treasurer at the Walt Disney Company, where he was responsible for the numerous innovative financing arrangements conceived and executed for Disney, including their film financings, overseas royalty financings and the initial public offering of EuroDisney in 1989. Mr. Montgomery currently serves on the Board of Directors of DreamWorks Animation. He also served on the Board of Directors of Corus Pharma and Pathogenesis, a public pharmaceutical company that was acquired by Chiron for $700 million in 2000. Mr. Montgomery received an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where he also holds a Bachelor of Arts as a Rufus Choate Scholar with magna cum laude honors.

Deborah M. Manchester

After receiving her Ph.D. in Audiology, Deborah M. Manchester developed a thriving Audiology practice in Columbus, Ohio with offices in several hospitals. She specialized in childhood development related to the auditory mechanism, speech and language development, and hearing disorders in newborns. In addition, she founded numerous community outreach programs for patients with tinnitus, and other chronic hearing disorders. Dr. Manchester was the Northeast Representative for the National Tinnitus Association for many years. Dr. Manchester created The Zula Patrol, an entertaining TV series.
